Awesome customer service. We have been having trouble with our Whirlpool Duet washing machine and getting an "F20" error code. Called Greg and left a message. He called back within 20 minutes. Asked about the issue and said he'd be happy to come over the next day. Fraser P. and Igor came to my house in a timely manner. he came out to fix my Whirlpool dyer. I was able to schedule the appointment the same day. Alex came by on time and quickly found it had a broken fuse and lots of debris had accumulated in the internal vent. Thank Fraser P. for saving me my time and my money!.

I was really impressed with the level of service provided . My dryer was in pieces on the floor and Alex came to my rescue. He was extremely reasonable in terms of price and very persistent (like me) at trying to get a resolution. In the end, we also had to fix a wire and Alex built one for me. I am definitely going to be a regular customer of Sub Zero Appliance Repair!.
