Amy E. is a true professional. My dryer was in pieces on the floor and Alex came to my rescue. He was extremely reasonable in terms of price and very persistent (like me) at trying to get a resolution. In the end, we also had to fix a wire and Alex built one for me. I am definitely going to be a regular customer of Appliance Repair Technicians!.
